E-commerce is a cut throat business. You have to arm yourself with the proper know-how and the tools to make your site a cut above the rest. Each day, more and more sites are clambering to optimize their rankings in websites and if you lose your guard, you may just get trampled on and be left in the abyss filled with so many failed e-commerce sites.

Search Engine Optimization or SEO is a term widely used today by many e-commerce sites. For the past few years and the next ten years or so, search engines would be the most widely used internet tool to find the sites that they need to go to or the product or information they need.

Most people that use search engines use only the ten top search results in the first page. Making it to the first page, more so to the top three is a barometer of a sites success in search engine optimization. You will get a higher ratio of probability in being clicked on when you rank high. The more traffic for your site, the more business you rake in.

But, it is essential to grab a hold of that spot or make your ranking even better. As I aforementioned, each day is a new day for all e-commerce sites to make them selves rank higher using search engine optimization. It is imperative to make your site better and better everyday.

So just what is search engine optimization and do you have to use it? The answer to why you have to use it is an easy one. You need search engine optimization to be number one, or maybe at least make your site income generating.

With search engine optimization you can get the benefit of generating a high traffic volume. Let’s just say you get only a turn out of successful sales with 10 to 20 percent of your traffic. If you get a hundred hits or more a day, you get a good turn out of sales already. If you get only twenty to ten hits a day, you only get one or two if not any at all.

So once again, what is search engine optimization? Search engine optimization is utilizing tools and methods in making your site top ranking in the results of search engines. Getting yourself in the first page and better yet in the top half of the page will ensure that your site will generate public awareness of your site’s existence and subsequently generate more traffic, traffic that could lead to potential income and business.

Search engine optimization requires a lot of work to be fully realized. There are many aspects you have to change in your site or add as well to get search engine optimization. These will include getting lots of information about the keyword phrases that are popular in regards to your sites niche or theme.

You may also need to rewrite your sites contents so that you could get the right keyword phrases in your site without making it too commercial but light and informative. There are certain rules and guidelines to be followed with making your site’s content applicable and conducive to search engine optimization.

You will also need to collaborate with many other sites so that you could get link exchanges and page transfers. The more inbound and outbound traffics generated by sites among others are one of the components search engines uses to rank sites.

Try to search the internet for many useful help. Tips, guidelines and methods for search engine optimization are plenty to be found. Read many articles that can help you optimize your site in search engine results. The more knowledge and information you gather the better. This will all help you in getting those high rankings. This may require a little time and effort in your part but the benefits will be astounding.

There are many sites that help in tracking keyword phrases that can help your site. There are also some content writers that have lots of experience in making good keyword laden content for your sites that have good quality.

Trade Off and Success

Success is a very expansive and indescribable concept, having many diverse definitions, significance and meanings for each individual. To really accomplish success, one has to create his own concept of success. 

The fact is, man negotiates all day as part of one’s struggle for success. One negotiates with his own self and with others. Subtle sometimes, overt at other times, but negotiating occurs continuously, as your every need is met, as you appeal that your goals will be met.

As negotiation progresses, often you find yourself trading off ideas and even your own values as a person just to achieve success.

Note however that success, as with all things in life is not constant and that the only tradeoff that you will ever make in order to achieve financial, emotional and spiritual success is changing your attitude, for the better, turning the negative to positive and preparing yourself for the shortcomings that will come your way.

A successful individual understands this reality clearly. One would work persistently to establish success in all areas of his.  

The reality of life consists of happiness as well difficulties.  Indeed, one can not stay away from difficulties, it is part of one’s journey through success, yet you can be very well prepared for it and know how to deal with it.

Is success accomplished by trading off one’s family for great wealth? Is success attained by trading health for money? Lasting and true success is realized by generating balance in every aspect of one’s life, adding prosperity in all forms everyday on a regular basis.  

No trade off should be done and no sacrifice should be made, no transferring a certain goal in exchange of another when one gets to that particular position in his life or obtains something.

Keep in mind that when one gets to that specific position or obtains that certain item, there is no other trade off, but that success has progressed.

You tradeoff your old self to a new, positive and motivated person, living each day with gusto, zeal and zest working towards your set goals.

Success is never a destination, rather it is a journey that one embarks on daily. Success is achieved through giving emphasis on the importance of one’s blessings with affirmative thoughts, actions and words.

No need to trade off, success continues to flow, to thrive and to increase.  One success should not die in exchange for another.  Success is success, in all aspects!

Here are guidelines:

1. Determine what it is you want. Remember, you have the ability to have anything that you desire in your life. When you establish more goals, then there is the possibility that you will achieve more in life. Having a clear vision enables you to have direction what route to take and you are guaranteed that you will reach that goal.

2.  Write down your goals. Write all of it down and affirm it.  Make concrete plans and pull everything in your mind.
Writing your vision you enable you to pull your spiritual, physical, and emotional powers in position to accomplish your goals and vision. Your body, mind and the subconscious within will work together and attract positive forces.

3.  Establish a “time frame” for all your vision and goals. Fix a target that you need to accomplish for a certain period of time.  Set deadlines for your goals, so that there will be more possibility that you can accomplish it.  Then, after you have accomplished a certain goal, move on to the next.  This is what is meant by success that flows.

4.  Accomplishing your goal takes work in succession. Make a record of the actions that you need to do so to accomplish each goal.  Make it in such a manner that it will be easy for you to follow, such as the most important ones comes first.

5.  Examine your list of activities and make sure they are in order. Work out on a step-by-step comprehensive plan to accomplish your goal.  Never delay and accept no excuses, start on the first activity now! While you are working on an activity, do not go ahead and move to the next until you are finished. 

Move ahead and never be afraid to achieve success.  There are no tradeoffs, just a stronger, more positive, more aggressive and more complete “you” will emerge.  Success flows and you never have to trade off success in one aspect for another.  Move on and live that life the way you want it to be!

Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. “Vanity, please help me!”
“I can’t help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat,” Vanity answered.

Sadness was close by so Love asked, “Sadness, let me go with you.”
“Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!”

Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.

Suddenly, there was a voice, “Come, Love, I will take you.” It was an elder. So blessed and overjoyed, Love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way.Realizing how much was owed the elder,

Love asked Knowledge, another elder, “Who Helped me?”
“It was Time,” Knowledge answered.

Starting a business  be very challenging at times so here are a few suggestions to make things a little Easier.

1. When starting an online business or any other type of business a strong product is key to your business Success. Always make sure your product is something that the general public can Use whether it be a physical , digital Product or Service. 

2. Make sure you market your product and services effectively. Here are some great ways to market your product and services. Try using your local newspapers, magazines, flyers, doorhangers and most Important is the Internet. Why the internet? because the Internet allows you to reach hundreds of millions of potential customers 24hrs a day and 365 per Year. Marketing on the internet has its own challenges however has shown over the past five years to be the most effective form of Marketing.

3. Making sure your entity is setup to protect your business against potential lawsuits. Try to Incorporate your business in a
State that will provide you and your business with the most protection. There are a few states that will provide more protection for you and your business vs most states. A good example of this would be the state of Nevada. The state of Nevada probably provides the most protection for any business by the way that it’s Laws are set up…here’s an example…

For instance,

Lets say you owned a Plumbing Company incorporated in the state of Oklahoma, Texas or Georgia. You and your employee were in a company truck and were involved in an accident which led to a fatal injury for the other party. The other party of course decided to take action for it’s suffering.. they of course work their claim out with your insurance company and then decided to come after your business. So you’re in court and the judge felt that the accident was your fault and that your  should further pay the injured party a additional amount for pain and suffering. Well once court lets out in 48 of our states you will be given a order to pay the amount in full within 30 days of the judgement which can and in most cases will put a business out of commision. Now in the state of Nevada, DE and WY the victim will win what’s called a charging order instead of actual payment. These states will allow you to pay yourself a decent salary,will allow your business to pay its employees and allow up to 20% in profits before any judgement is paid. The most interesting thing about incorporating in the States mentioned above is that the victim must first pay a 10% retainer fee to the state of Nevada before any charging order can be granted.. so lets say the victim won a charging order for $100,000 they must first pay out of pocket 10% which is $10,000 for the first year.. lets say for that year your business was able to pay its bills and employees salary and broke even, well the victim would not recieve any payment for that year.. lets say year 2 rolls around and business did not make any profit.. If the victim wanted to keep charging order open they must first pay another 10% for year 2 out of pocket to keep charging order open..  most Lawyers  will decline cases in these states because of this. for more info look up Nevada Corporate Headquarters..as a side note the Governator of California has mutiple businesses and are all Incorporated in Nevada..
